Rev. Koushi Sherrill is an ordained Sōtō Zen priest in the Niwa–Nishijima lineage through Jundo Cohen and a senior-priest-in-training at Treeleaf Zendo. His practice centers on weaving the silent sitting of shikantaza into the rhythms of everyday life.

Guided by his teacher, Jundo Cohen, and inspired by Eihei Dōgen, he invites everyone to meet each moment with bare, wholehearted presence—nothing left out, nothing extra, in today’s modern world.
